Summer Enrichment Program Cancellation and Dismissal Policy

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If Funny Bones has to cancel the camp for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.

In cases where the participant's family cancels:

  • If you cancel on or before May 31st, 2021, you will receive a full refund (Please note that we are only taking a $50 deposit to secure your spot until May 31st, 2021 so that deposit will be returned to you);
  • If you cancel from June 1, 2021 and up to 4 weeks before your reservation week, you will receive a 50% refund;
  • Less than 4 weeks notice, you will receive a 25% refund;
  • Less than 7 days notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

What is the Dismissal Policy for participants while at camp? 

Funny Bones Enrichment Programs have put in place Standards of Behaviour that all participants and staff are expected to follow.  This information will be provided to both campers and parents/guardians prior to, and on the first day of each week.  The Camp Administrator reserves the right to dismiss a camper who, in their opinion, is a hazard to the safety or rights of others, or who appears to have rejected or unable to uphold the reasonable expectations of the Program as set by the Standards of Behaviour.  Refunds or credits are not available if a camper is dismissed from the Day Camp program.
